  • Ingredients

  • 1 cup of almond meal

  • 2 cups of pitted dates

  • 1/4 cup of cacao

  • 2 tablespoons of neutral flavoured oil

  • 4 drops of wild orange pure essential oil

  • Desiccated coconut

Hints and Tips

If you don’t have any pure essential oils, replace with the juice of an orange.

Place all ingredients (except desiccated coconut) in a food processor & blitz until the mixture is fully incorporated and resembles a crumb mixture.

Roll into balls then roll in desiccated coconut.

Chill in refrigerator for about an hour.
