1 cup of pouring cream
1 tablespoon of butter
1 tablespoon of maple syrup
200 grams (7 oz) of 70% dark cooking chocolate, broken into pieces

Serve this sauce over ice cream topped with toasted coconut and nuts.
Combine all ingredients in a medium sized saucepan and whisk over a medium heat until all ingredients are fully combined and you have a glossy, rich sauce.
