  • 70ml (2.3 fl oz) Baileys Irish Cream

  • 20ml (0.67 fl oz) whiskey

  • 10ml (0.33 fl oz) honey

  • Optional Garnish:

  • Finely grated Toblerone chocolate

  • Sprinkle of ground cinnamon

It can be a dessert or a nightcap, with just 3 main ingredients (and some ice) whip this up in 5 minutes!

Hints and tips:

Make sure you mix the honey well into the Baileys and whiskey, before adding the ice, or you’ll end up with a glob of solid honey in the bottom of the cup.

Combine the Baileys, whiskey and honey in a cocktail shaker. Mix the honey well until it is dissolved.

Add ice, cover and shake until well chilled.

Strain into a cocktail glass and top with grated chocolate and a dusting of cinnamon. Enjoy!
