Hints and Tips
This is a great way to use up whatever vegetables you have in the fridge.
Heat olive oil in wok over a medium heat and then stir fry the spring onions for 3 minutes or until soft but not brown.
Toss all the vegetable in the wok with the spring onions and stir fry for 5 minutes or until the vegetables are cooked to your liking.
Finish with the sesame oil and serve immediately.
