500 grams (18 oz) beef rump steak
1/2 teaspoon of cumin
1 teaspoon of ground coriander (cilantro)
1 teaspoon of dried chilli flakes (or to taste)
1 tablespoon of oil

Hints and Tips
Add sliced jalapenos whilst cooking the beef for extra crunch & heat.
To make the spice rub, combine the cumin, coriander (cilantro) and dried chilli in a small bowl and combine.
Rub over the steak and rest at room temperature for 20 minutes.
Heat oil in a fry pan over a medium-high heat.
Cook steak for 4 minutes each side then rest for 5-8 minutes.
Whilst the steak is resting, heat oven to moderate and place the tortillas in aluminium foil and heat in the oven for 5-8 minutes.
Remove the tortillas from oven, slice the beef and serve with lettuce, cucumber, tomato, cheese and guacamole.
