  • Ingredients

  • 25 ml (0.85 fl oz) Tia Maria

  • 25ml (0.85 fl oz) espresso coffee

  • 50ml (1.7 fl oz) vodka

  • Coffee beans, to serve.


Smooth and chilled, these are so easy to drink.

Hints and tips:

The Tia Maria is quite sweet, but if you prefer it a little sweeter, add a touch of sugar to the coffee before mixing.

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with a lot of ice, shake vigorously. You want to chill well and create a nice foam.

Using a strainer, to hold the foam back, pour into a martini glass, top with foam and some coffee beans and serve.
