3-4 large mangos, peeled & sliced
pinch of cayenne pepper
juice and rind of a lime
2 tablespoons of natural greek yoghurt

Hints and Tips
You can omit the yoghurt if you like but I find it gives the ice cream a lovely creaminess.
Place the peeled and sliced mango pieces in a freezer proof container and freeze for at least 3 hours or overnight.
Remove the mango pieces from freezer and place in a food processor (I use my Thermomix) along with the remaining ingredients and blitz until you have mixture the consistency of ice cream
Place in a freezer proof container and put it back in the freezer for 2 hours.
Serve with strawberries and/or blueberries.
