  • Ingredients

  • 500 grams (18 oz) chicken mince

  • 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce

  • 1 tablespoon of fish sauce

  • 1 tablespoon of self raising flour

  • Half a small bunch of fresh coriander (cilantro) chopped

  • 150 ml (5 fl oz) coconut milk

Hints and tips:

Serve with a simple dipping sauce of sweet chill sauce mixed with some fresh lime juice.

If you are not a lover of coriander (cilantro) omit from recipe.

For a spicy kick, mix through chilli powder to taste.

 

Place all ingredients into a large glass bowl and mix until thoroughly combined.

Refrigerate for at least one hour to allow flavours to develop.

Place heaped teaspoons in a mini muffin tray and bake for 12-15 minutes.

Remove from tray and serve either warm or cold, sprinkle with chopped coriander (cilantro).
