  • 60ml (2 fl.oz) vodka


  • 20ml (1/2 fl.oz) 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice


  • Dash of Angostura Bitters


  • Ginger beer


  • Sprig of fresh mint


  • Lime slices or wedges to serve


Perfect on a summer afternoon, the mint, lime and ginger beer are so refreshing.

Hints and tips:

Omit the vodka and use non alcoholic bitters for a virgin cocktail.

In a tumbler, place ice, vodka, lime juice and Angostura Bitters. Top up with ginger beer and add a slice of lime and sprig of mint.
